Bass is Gay, Right On!!

After enduring years of Internet and tabloid speculation, former 'N Sync boy-bander Lance Bass has finally acknowledged that he's gay.

Bass, 27, says he was terrified the disclosure would devastate his family and might affect the success of the super group before its 2002 breakup.

The Grammy-winning Bass is dating no other than hunk/love of my life/man I would die for/reality TV star Reichen Lehmkuhl. With a boyfriend like Reichen who wouldn't have come out.

But again guys, if you didn't know Bass was gay, you probably have a really bad gaydar. The guy is as flaming as we come. Besides, he was in a boy band, what's more obvious than that. Now we just have to wait for the other closeted N'sync'ers to come out. That's hot.

I Heart Tech::The Future

Google Vision::Point and aim:
Get lost? Do you? Well, yet another bright young designer from the U.K is developing a system that will have tag and name exactly what your staring at. Google Vision is a conceptual product developed by Callum Peden, for the worlds favorite search engine. The product provides the user with a truly unique information hub by combining GPS, OLED technology and advanced image recognition in the form of a retractable screen device.

Google 3D
Designed by a young UK designer, Pei Kang Ng, Google3D is meant as a viable business proposal for Google, five to ten years from now. With Google3D, the idea is literally, to bring the conveniences of the search engine to your fingertips. Now, you can find out things on the move - wherever and whenever you want to - just by taking a picture. You don’t even have to type! Considering the technological advances in search, wireless technology and flexible screens, it should be a matter of time before the concept becomes feasible in technical terms. This handy partner brings the Google search bar into your world of real, tangible objects - you do not have to sit in front of your computer anymore. Armed with a camera, it allows you to search live! with a simple snapshot.

The I-Deck::Album art lives on:
We all miss album cover art work, and the tiny digital cover art on your iPod just isn't the same. English designer, Michael Kennedy, has the answer that makes retro meet modern in a funked up way. I-Deck is a touch screen music player that revitalizes album art and user interaction which has been lost in current mp3 format. You simply dock your mp3 player into the base and use the touch screen to cycle through and select your tracks, flick it to skip, spin it to fast-forward and turn it to play. Then sit back and watch the album art play. From the Nirvana baby floating through to Madonna in a leotard, album art is back in vogue.

The future in iMacs:
The iMac features a 30" utra-thin LCD screen, which is totally transparent when the iMac is not in use. The screen can also be set to various levels of translucency, and can fade during sleep modes etc. The keyboard is also totally transparent, low profile and a curved ergonomic design, with light sensitive illuminated keys.
Everything is of course, wireless.
