Neil Patrick Harris is a Proud Gay Man

I love the gayforward attitude Hollywood has come to demonstrate: Celebrities have finally decided to admit their obvious homosexuality. Neil Patrick, whose sexuality had been highly questioned in the past few month, decided to follow Lance Bass and TR. Knight's steps and come out through People Magazine.

In his letter to People, Harries stated: "The public eye has always been kind to me, and until recently I have been able to live a pretty normal life. Now it seems there is speculation and interest in my private life and relationships. So, rather than ignore those who choose to publish their opinions without actually talking to me, I am happy to dispel any rumors or misconceptions and am quite proud to say that I am a very content gay man living my life to the fullest and feel most fortunate to be working with wonderful people in the business I love."

Ricky Martin::2006 Latin GRAMMY

For those of you that didn't get to catch Ricky Martin in last night Latin Grammy celebration, here I have all there was of him in the show. The intro is a bit log, but it is worth it. He sings two songs, shakes his behind, calls for a fight against human trafficking, and receives the man of the year award. Great!

Halloween Rocked

Halloween was awesome! I got so wasted I can hardly remember the end of the night. But from what I do remember, my friend Liz's party was the hottest in town. Besides the never ending alcohol, there were tons of people all dressed in the most random costumes imaginable. For instance, my friend J was the green hair man from Alabama (yeah, what ever that is) and my other friend D decided to go for a scuba diving suit (?!).

I was dressed as a prep school kid like the guys from RBD, who you guys know I love. As you might be able to tell, in the picture above we were trying to strike an American Next Top Model Pose, but were too drunk to make it work, lol. According to some, I ended the night by making out with everyone that came on my way, including some of my straight guy friends (good thing they let me get away with a lot of things).

Below, the kids from the RBD so you have an idea of the look I was going for ;) At first I didn't think anyone would know what my costume was, but once people started to sing RBD songs at me and a group of young girls started screaming as if I was a celebrity, I knew people got it. It was so much fun, I loved it!

Brazilian Fashion

The Spring '07 collection of Brazilian brand Moshe by designer Mauricio Pollacsek is not my cup of tea. Though the collection, which was inspired by the famous Studio 54, is full of my favorite colors and patterns, the overall design is just something I would not wear.

Nike Pro 2007

For their Nike Pro 2007 ad campaign, Nike has put together a dream team of sport celebrities that is sure to leave Nike undefeatable once again in sport clothing sales.

Nike Pro, features representatives from sports such as rugby, soccer, tennis, and track and field, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Fabio Cannabaro, and Rafael Nadal. Though I personally don't like Nike, I might end up buying Cristiano's shirt since he looks so fine in it.

I Missed It::The Latin GRAMMY

The 7th Annual Latin Grammy took place last night and I can't believe I missed it. Last minute, when I was more than ready for all of my favorite artists- Shakira, Ricky Martin, Mana, and more -I get a phone call from 'The Manager' (remember him?) asking me to help him out at the cafe because some people didn't show up to work. Being the nice guy that I am ;) I could not say no, so I spend my night serving tables.

But from what I hear, the show was amazing. Shakira sang 'La Turtura' along with Alejandro Sanz, who also sang "A La Primera Persona", Ricky sang his latest unplugged single "Tu Recuerdo" and "Pegate", and Jeniffer Lopez surprised everyone by showing up, very late, but she did. Even more awesome is the fact that most of the Latin music I have featured in American Urge was sang last night at the show. I gave y'all a preview, lol.

Alejandro Sanz (below), who is my ideal man, was the best dressed and hottest of the night. Ricky, all in black, looked a bit too thin on the red (though it was green) carper, but look awesomely naughty once on stage.

Ricky Martin is the Man of the Year

Ricky Martin was honored last night as the 2006 Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year. The well deserved tribute to the super start, was packed with A list artists from both the Latin and Gringo world, including Calle 13, Miguel Bosé, Don Omar, Juan Luis Guerra, Ludacris, Ednita Nazario, Marc Anthony, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.

Tonight, Ricky will be performing at the Latin Grammy. Don't miss it.

'Tres sexy' actor, Ryan Phillippe, has been in the eye of the storm for quite sometime now, and I still can't have enough. If it is not because of his obsessive workout sessions, it is due to his extramarital scandals. But regardless the reasons, I just love seeing his sexy butt around.

Ryan, who is the lead in Clint Eastwood's highly praised 'Flags of Our Fathers' and the upcoming movie Stop-Loss, has quickly established himself as one of Hollywood's most versatile young talents. RBD::Tu Amor

"Tu Amor", the first single released to U.S. radio by Virgin Records international pop phenomenon RBD, is proving itself to be a mainstream smash. Though the song is reminiscent of something you might have heard by the Backstreet Boys or NSync, it is still very catchy.

By the way, my obsession with these guys has gone so far that for Halloween I dressed up in their prep school outfit. I looked hot. I'll post some pics later. Press play:

Mr Gay Israel Took The Crown

This past Saturday, Mr Gay Israel was crown Mr Gay International in a celebration that took place in beautiful Palm Spring. I don't know about you, but I am highly disappointed at the results. Seriously!!! Mr Israel is not as hot as I would envision a representative of our community to be. After all, what really matters in these shows is 'looks' and Mr. Israel is just an average dude. I only hope he's smart.

Brad Pitt is My Hero

Brad Pitt has come a long way from his self absorbed/I don't give a fuck years. We sure have Angelina and Clooney to thank for the change. So much that Pitt is strangely morphing into Clooney, think about it!!!

In any case, here we have Brad helping build a house in the Patan Village South East of Mumbai, India. His work, along with some other volunteers, is part of the 23rd Jimmy Carter Habitat for Humanity Project. Yay to the actor!

Brothers and Sisters

Since I already watch enough TV (no joke, I am highly addicted) I have not even bother to watched the new ABC show, 'Brothers and Sisters'. I am avoiding getting hooked on yet another show! But after my predictions came true, I have no choice but to give it a chance.

Back when Luke MacFarlane was spotted hanging with the latest gay star T.R. Knight from Grey's Anatomy, I immediately smelled gay publicity for their shows. I was expecting T.R's character to come out or something. A day or two later, Luke's character was locking a gay kiss. I guess that watching TV nonstop have given me some sort of sixth sense. Scary!

Men's Vogue::Hugh Jackman

In the latest issue of Men's Vogue Magazine, Hugh Jackman is back to being the wetdream he was when he made the first 'X-Men', except without the claws. All the sex appeal he lost in the last two parts of the trilogy - his role couldn't have been any worst - he has managed to regain with his new role in 'The Prestige', in which he does an outstanding job. Hugh is definitely back on my top 8!

I'm Back

Thank you guys for all your support. For the past week I have worked my butt off on a bunch of grad school applications and I am now almost done. The stress is gone and I'm more than ready to come back to American Urge. I appreciate every single one of you that have emailed me your love, questions, and even prayers. Y'all rock.
