Alex Pettyfer in the Upcoming Mummy 3
Seventeen years old British actor Alex Pettyfer is rumored to star in 'The Mummy: Curse of the Dragon,' the third installment of 'The Mummy' series. The young hottie, whom you probably remember from his lead role in the 2006 'Stormbreaker,' would play the son of Rachel Weisz (who is not expected to play a part in this movie) and Branden Fraser's characters.
Alex, who might be my only motivation to go see the movie, is just one of the few new actors expected to join the cast. Jet Li is said to take on the role of the villain while Michelle Yeoh might come in as the Richard O'Connell's new love interest.
The Mummy 3 is set to take place in ancient China and will move forward to a post-World War II setting. Couple more pics after the jump.
