The October 2008 issue of Interview Magazine features 'James Franco by Gus Van Sant,' a conversation between the man of the hour and the iconic director respectively. James, who is the new face of Gucci by Gucci Pour Homme, plays Sean Penn's lover in Van Sant's upcoming movie, 'Milk.' Photography by contemporary Swedish lens man Mikael Jansson. "Seven years ago he played James Dean in a television biopic, tinting his hair and squinting his eyes to Rebel Without a Cause-like perfection.
